    Reservations are preferred to ensure availability of your yacht and Captain. However, if you want to go out today, call us! If we are not busy with a charter, we will be happy to meet you with minimum notice. Normally we can be ready to sail in about two hours. So come on out!

    Cancellation Policy

    All charters are subject to a minimum $100 cancellation fee. If the charter is cancelled PRIOR TO forty-five (45) days of the charter date, the charter fees are fully refundable less the cancellation fee. Cancellation within forty-five (45) days of the charter FOR ANY REASON will result in the full charter fee being forfeited. Prior to 45 days, changes to the charter date may be made for a $100 rescheduling fee. WEATHER CAN NEVER BE GUARANTEED! 100% of your money is refundable if Sail Austin cancels the charter due to weather, equipment or other safety concerns. Or, you are welcome to reschedule at no charge.
